Timeless Portrait LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides boutique school and event photography services, including portrait sessions, online galleries, and portrait ordering, serving Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Tallahassee. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, register your child for a photo session, view an online gallery, or place an order.

Depending on how you use our site and services, we may collect:

• Child/student information — your child's name, school, grade/teacher, and a gallery ID used to link photos to the correct family.
• Order information — the packages, prints, or digital downloads you select, and delivery preferences (school pickup or home shipping).
• Payment information — payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.
• Photographs — portraits taken during your child's session, stored in a private online gallery accessible only with your Gallery ID or a direct link sent to your registration email.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and deliver your child's private online photo gallery
• To process and fulfill portrait orders, including printing and shipping
• To send order confirmations, gallery-ready notifications, and download links
• To respond to questions submitted through our contact form
• To coordinate picture day logistics with schools and organizations that book our services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide our services:

• Payment processing — Stripe, to securely process payments.
• Photo lab and printing — our print lab partner, to produce and ship physical prints.
• Email and communications — our email provider, to send gallery links and order confirmations.
• Schools — participating schools may receive limited registration and commission-related information, but do not have access to your child's individual gallery or photos.

Photo Galleries & Access

Each child's gallery is private and can only be viewed with a unique Gallery ID or a direct link sent to the email address used at registration. We do not publicly display identifiable student portraits without separate, explicit permission.

Data Retention

We retain gallery images and order records for a reasonable period to support reprint requests and customer service, after which they may be archived or removed. If you'd like your information or photos removed sooner, contact us using the information below.

Your Choices

• You may request a copy of the information we hold about you or your child.
• You may request that we correct or delete your information, subject to any recordkeeping we're required to maintain for completed orders.
• You may opt out of non-essential email communications at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for parents and school administrators, not for direct use by children. Any information about a child (such as name, grade, or photos) is provided to us by a parent, guardian, or authorized school administrator, not collected directly from the child.
